I actually prefer to have the spices floating in my drink and oftentimes will add more to the top mid-way through! The Tajin blend is thicker with larger flakes and the Trader Joe’s Chili Lime seasoning blend is more subtle. Lastly, sprinkle Chili Lime seasoning directly on the rocks for the simple way or rim your glass with a mix of sea salt and Chili con Lime seasoning at the beginning. Add in the sliced jalapeos and turn the heat down to low and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes. Add in the granulated sugar and stir continuously until the sugar is fully dissolved. Slice a wedge to add to the side or squeeze and toss in the glass. Heat over a medium-high heat until the water begins to boil. Then, cut and squeeze the juice from 2 limes and add to the glass. I’m not a bartender or Mixologist, so this is just how I personally like my margarita!įirst, fill your cocktail glass with ice all the way full.
